I admit it, in my 20’s I use to participate in the foolishness. You couldn’t look at me wrong and I had something slick to say. I was so negative and offensive. It was exhausting. I was miserable so naturally everyone around me had to be miserable too, right? When I finally got sick of being miserable, I started to make a conscience effort to work on myself. I would calm myself my taking deep breathes and taking a moment to meditate and regulate my feelings. And guess what, I worked. I didn’t realize there was a whole philosophy behind it.
